I think I'll be needing stock in Parmsean Cheese. What an ideal.

I'll be doing this next time I do a veggie fry.

I know what you mean! I usually buy 2 canisters of at a time!

Hey do you happen to have any good recipes for a nice dip to go with the fried veggies?

I used to get a dip at a local restaurant that tasted like it had sour cream and horseradish but I was never able to recreate the exact taste. Know of any dips recipes like that?

Combing sour cream, mayo and horseradish is something I like.

I also like the package ranch and crumble blue cheese in it. And the dried vegetable mix with sour cream is good.

Outback has a really good dip that's spicy and served with their blooming onion.

I wonder if I could find that. Here it is:

          1/2 cup mayonnaise
          2 Tbls. grated horseradish
2 tsp. tomato ketchup - LC ketchup or tomato sauce
          1/4 tsp. paprika
          1/4 tsp. salt
          1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
          1 pinch dried oregano
          1 dash black pepper

Hey 2big...can we call this Whoosie Dip it has horseradish - LOL...

That sounds good Robin! Hey I wonder if that is the same sauce that they serve with their Crab Cakes? John loved that sauce. And they finally have crab meat on sale here so I was going to pick some up and make him some crab cakes...it would be great if i could re create their sauce, he'd be thrilled!

                Re: Fried Cauliflower

I tried these today and they were yummy! I forgot to blanch them first, but they turned out just fine. I used a half can of parmessan for 1 head of cauliflower.
