  • Induction Friendly Broiled Asparagus ~ Via Us Weekly's Thanksgiving Recipes

I saw these today in the Us Weekly's Thanksgiving Recipe Section & being their Induction Friendly thought I would share here on the ADBB Forum !!!

    Broiled Asparagus
    Serves 4

    1 pound Asparagus trimmed
    2 Tablespoon's Olive Oil
    1/4 Teaspoon Salt
    1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

    Preheat Broiler

On a Baking Sheet arrange Asparagus in a single layer, coat each Asparagus with Olive Oil, evenly sprinkle with salt & pepper & broil 6 to 8 minutes shaking the baking sheet occasionally until Asparagus are tender and slightly browned.

Transfer to a serving platter & voila !!!

I tried these tonight for Dinner, BF & I thought they were very YUMMY !!!

I plan on serving them along with the rest of our regular Side Dishes on Thanksgiving Day !!!

    ~Cindi~

PS: these were soooooo easy to make & if you cover your baking sheet with foil clean~up is just a toss in the recycle bin !!!

I want to try this too. On Linda's site, she has a recipe very similar to this but you wrap the asparagus in bacon before you cook it. Hmmm...

I'm trying to think of what to eat on Thanksgiving. I just love everything. I guess I buy some Atkins bread and make an Italian sauage suffing.I want to eat everything maybe a couple of forks of pie without the crust. What happens if I go off for one day when Ive only been on for 10 Days? ll try the asparagus too. Cauliflower mashed like potatoes. Looking for sugar free cranberry sauce.
