    I don't think you'd even call this a recipe.. but it's so GOOD I had to share it with you !

    I'd put 3 or 4 thin slices of cheese (swiss is my favorite) on a plate... microwave until soft ... (mine take 11 seconds)...

    then dump your favorite chunky salsa on top.......

    it's so good I don't even miss the chips!!!

    some nights it was a meal..... sometimes the portions much smaller and it was a snack....

    I know it sounds weird... but it tastes great!

    I agree, I like to take american cheese(not cheese product) and do that with rotel tomatoes. Very yummy! I will use like 5 slices of cheese and a whole can of the tomatoes. I have ate it before just like soup!
    Caution I BITE! clicky clicky..its tricky rikki!
