Hello All,
I have come up with a treat that is really nice and tart. I like things that are sour and this does the trick. It is induction legal as best I can tell and only has one carb per serving.
Here is what I did:
I took one packet splenda (hence the 1 carb) and mixed it with one whole packed of lemonade kool-aid. I then added 1 cup of water. I mixed it up and poured it into a baggie and put in the freezer. After a couple of hours it is like a slushy. Mind you, it is sour, but I like that! If you like it sweeter, add more Splenda, but remember to count the carbs. Anyway, if you use the lemonade Kool-aid it is kinda like an Italian lemon ice. It was refreshing and a nice change of pace from eggs and meat. DISCLAIMER:--- this is SOUR!
I have mixed one up using grape kool-aid and will see how that turns out tomorrow.
For all the water haters out there, this is a way to sneak in more fluids too.
Let me know what ya'll think.
