  • swiss tuna bake

    1 4 oz can tuna
    2 heaping tablespoons hellman's
    4 oz. swiss cheese (shredded) (or less to taste)
    a large handful of crushed pork rinds

    place crushed pork rinds in a small casserole.
    mix first three ingredients and drop by spoonfuls on top of pork rinds.
    place in oven on broil under the broiler until top is bubbly and brown.

    your recipe sounds great except i'm a vegatarian however i still eat seafood and i was wondering if there would be anything that i could substitute for the pork things and would still be sticking to the diet

      How about some chopped celery for extra crunch? Or textured vegetable protein? Or a tablespoon of healthy flax meal? Or some chopped onions?
