Love these things: Ice Breakers Sours. Sugar-Free and taste heavenly!!! With pink lemonade, watermelon, and apple. Soooo addicting. But again delicious.

My dd-11, loves these things. Watch you don't eat too many though <1 carb per piece could mean 1 carb per 2 candies and at 53 candies in the box that is alot of carbs. Made with Sorbitol also which could cause tummy troubles for some. She bought the Berry flavors tonight. Tried one and it was good.

40 candies would be 40 carbs, and way over the 3 sweetener a day limit. Just a thought, but I hate to 'waste' my carbs on something so small. This is just my own opinion, please do not get mad.

i will get some of those sf jollys. i know i ate too many of those wonderful, tasty sours, can't help myself. but it actually came out to be 20 carbs, its 1 carb for 2 sours. either way i wasted my carbs and couldve had some veggs. i'll do it again but not daily, its so worth it.:help: lookin' a hot mess (2??)/:frown: straight sad (2??)/:biggrinan feeling on top of the world!! 1 of them is <1 carb, that means that 1 mint is no more than 1 carb, and to be exact 2 mints are <2 meaning no more than 2 carbs, wishful thinking I guess, but it says it on the bottom of the tin and I believe on the website. But canceling each other out? Please let me know if they do??? I really will go crazy, lol. Oh boy...not this can of worms...
That's how the manufacturer calculates those "effective carbs". Some people count sugar alcohols, some don't. I believe they are considered pretty bad either way.Higgies
