my favorite snack is to take a slice of lc bread, toast it, put Vlasic stackers sweet roasted pepper strips on it and top it with Feta cheese, then put in micro for 20 seconds. YUMMY to me anyway.
I do like the roasted peppers (for readers, they're in with the olives and pickles), but I made a face when you said to put them on bread. But I guess it's kind of like a little roasted pepper pizza, eh?
