    Hello everyone... Just wanted to let you know that I'm in the process of readying the "New Revolution" and am starting to watch what I eat slowly. I figure, I better finish the book before starting completely, without knowing everything.

    I'm 180 lbs and would just love to get down to 135 lbs. About 7 yrs ago, I lost 70 lbs but working out and watching the fat... but had to stop going to the gym 3 yrs ago and here I am again... fell back into the same old pattern and with 50 of those 70 lbs. upon me! YICKS!

    I love reading everyone's information, questions, successes.. it helps me to get psyched and ready!
