I just thought I'd share this with all of you; I am new to atkins but I think this snack will pass (although I don't know if it is ok for induction)
Combine Velveeta cheese and your favorite low-carb salsa in a microwave safe bowl.
cover losely and microwave the mix in 1 minute increments, stirring inbetween.
Slice cucumber and other low-carb vegtables while waiting for the cheese sauce to melt and combine with the salsa.
I like this a lot, the cheese dip is great. Only problem is I can't find a good variety of veggies to use for dipping.
Carrots are good, but I think they are not low carb.
Any suggestions?
