I just made Roasted Pecans, and they were sooooo good!!!
My camera isn't working
So I had to take a pic with the camera phone...lol. Sorry it doesn't look that great 
Ginger Soy Roasted Pecans
2 cups pecans
4 tblsp butter, melted
3 tblsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
Preheat oven to 300*
Melt butter in microwave, then put pecans in bowl and coat them well with butter. Roast for 15 minutes. Remove from over. Stir in soy sauce and sprinkle on ginger (or you can mix soy sause and ginger in a little cup together, then coat pecans). Roast for 10 more minutes.
1 ounce (20 halves) is 2 net carbs.

I also made some the same way but instead of adding the soy and ginger, I added splenda and cinnamon (Thanks Julie!!!). It was really good too
