It is linseed. You can get it at health food stores and places like WholeFoods, not very expensive, under 5 bucks for a 1 lb bag.Originally posted by Laurenadthanks for ur help

Where do u live? I live in SoCal and get it from trader joe's for $1.99 for 16 oz( not sure may be 12oz). When i lived in Georgia i used to get it from Kroger for $3.99 for 16oz.Female

You might want to pop over to the international forum to find someone else in Germany. I know in Europe its usually called Linseed instead of flax, its the same thing. Do you have a Health Food store in your area? They usually carry it.

LOL, I know how you feel. When we first moved to Japan we had to shop by picture, it was tough trying to figure out what was in the jars and cans especially if they didn't have a nice pretty color picture!Originally posted by SimoneI wouldn't recognize a healthfood store if I saw one here.
