I dont know if this is already on here somewhere but I got the recipe from the food network and made them last night and they are fantastic!
The recipe is:
2 slices american cheese (not 'cheese food')
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
preheat to 400
stack the cheese and cut into 16 pieces, throw in small bowl and then add ingredients & give it a shake to coat all the piece, spread the pieces out on parchment paper and bake until crispy which is about 6-7 minutes.
Im not going to use so much salt next time, way way way to much for me. but these are fantastic to keep in my desk for my 4:00 cravngs that i get, they taste almost identical to the real goldfish crackers, some friends tried them last night and fell in love too!
definately a keeper!
