    Cheese Crackers! Induction Friendly.

I got this wonderful recipe from sugarfreesheila.com I LOVE THIS ONE i eat it all the time!!

Small pinch of grated cheddar for each "chip"
    ½ tsp. onion powder
    ½ tsp. garlic powder

Place on non-stick cookie sheet & bake at 400º for
approximately 6 minutes until flat, hard, & crisp - not
burned! Remove with spatula & place on paper towel

(I dont use the garlic and onion powder but I do put some dryed parsley on top and some all seasoning and its great!! PERFECT snack for induction.)

You can also do this in the microwave -- just keep cooking until it goes from melted to slightly brown. Usually about 2 minutes, depending on how much cheese you are melting.

I use a paper plate and make one giant "chip" that I break/tear into pieces.

For an extra treat, you can eat these with salsa (and sour cream).

crunchy=good. I also mix a bit of ground spicy pork rinds in with these, to increase the spicy, but only in the oven, not the microwave!
Confidence is a beautiful thing. It's not about makeovers or magazines or even a drawer full of beautiful lingerie. It's a look in your eye. An awareness of yourself -- an appreciation -- that others can't help but be drawn to. It's a sense of comfort, freedom to relax inside your choices, to see the strength within your curves. How easy then is it to be beautiful. All you have to do is see yourself that way. -From the Hanes website but oh-so true.

                Hi,

Using parchment paper in the microwave works great. The chips don't stick and it is fast.

Gosh, these sound soooo good! I'm gonna make some today.

Also, any ideas on quick 'take with you' snacks? I deliver the mail and need something easy to take on my route every day.

                    Thanks
