Hi Everyone! I'm a newbie and this is my first posting. I'm on day 8 of induction and doing great. I can't believe I haven't read anything about Kippered Snacks. They're great! They are canned, smoked herring (fish) and you can find them in the tuna/canned meat section in all grocery stores.
They're a quick and easy snack and have 0 carbs. The only drawback is that they can smell up an office pretty good. So you may want to eat them outside!
