  • "Buffalo" Pork Rinds

Well I discovered this by accident.... I made Buffalo sauce for my chicken tenderloins and brought them to lunch in a gladware container just swimming in it.

So once the chicken was gone, I decided to try dunking a few Pork Rinds I had in my desk. VERY DELICIOUS

I used Franks RedHot and real butter. The more butter the "milder"... but the official recipe can be found on the bottle or at their website http://www.franksredhot.com/

I might try to bake some of it on the rinds but dipping works fine for now

Hey, thanks for the recipe sight. I am going to try some of the other recipes. Can you tell me how many carbs Franks Hot Sauce has. I love HOT anything.

I'm pretty sure it is negligible... maybe a tad bit in the peppers but even the most avid hot sauce fan wouldn't consume enough of it to move the needle. Just to be sure I found a chicken wing with pepper sauce on Fitday.com and even if you eat 15 wings in pepper sauce you've not reached one carb.
