  • just like ranch chips or cheese chips!

Some of you may have already done this, but I just discovered it tonight! I took good old pork rinds, sprayed them with butter, and then used popcorn seasoning (Kernel Season's brand). I tried it with White Cheddar and also with Ranch. They tasted just like chips! I definitely missed crunching chips! The cinnamon/splenda are good for a dessert as well. If you haven't tried these already I really recommend it! There are no carbs either. Enjoy

I bet that would taste good, IndianaGirl. I get tired of the plain pork rinds sometimes, and the flavored ones that you buy have illegal ingredients.

I'm also intrigued by the cinnamon-splenda pork rinds, too. I read about them on Linda's site, but haven't tried them yet.

Maybe I'll work them in as a treat sometime this week.

    Thanks for the reminder!

The splenda/cinnamon ones are the best. I do it a very simple way, not sure what other people do. I just spray the butter spray on the pork rinds, sprinkle cinnamon all over, and then add about one packet of splenda on top. Takes all of one minute if that and they are great for something sweet.

How do you spray butter? Are you melting it and putting it in a squirt bottle?

No, I use the no-stick butter cooking spray. You just lightly spray all the pork rinds and it makes the seasoning stick.

Oh, so it's like butter flavored Pam or something? I thought you were referring to real butter.

Yeah you can just use any type of butter cooking spray. You could use real butter if you wanted but the spray is easier.
