Kipper Snapper!

I don't know if you have ever had a Kipper Snapper but they are no carbs and real good. In most stores they are with the cans and are called Kipper Snacks or Salmon Snacks. I found out that plain pork rins with a bit of kipper on them tastes lovely. I love fish so thats probably why I like em so much. Just giving an idea....... :wave

I never heard of "kipper snapper"? But I do love Kippers! Especially w/ a little spicey mustard!
