    Microwaved Jicama chips recipe

Tried this today while watching the 2 NFL Championship games. They taste just like potato chips, SO good!

    1. Slice Jicama into paper thin slices
    2. Remove slices in batches onto paper toweling and pat dry.
    3. If you have a microwave bacon tray, rub the tray with a little oil, then place the sliced jicama flat on the tray in a single layer.
    4. Sprinkle with your favorite herbs
    5. Cover with a microwaveable lid
    6. Microwave on High for around 9 minutes (they will brown before they get crunchy)
    7. Enjoy!

    these sound great!

I moved it out of the Induction forum and into the snack recipe forum so it won't get lost.
