  • Does anyone have MS?

Does anyone else follow Atkins and have Multiple Sclerosis?

I am currently under a nuerologist and am being 'watched' for MS (next MRI & results in <2 weeks).

According to the MS website they recommend a diet very low in fat for MS sufferers.

Does anybody follow Atkins WOE successfully with this disease?

    Thanks...

I came across this link a few months ago when I was googling for low carb stuff in general. You might like a read through. I have only skimmed through it, but it might be of interest to you.

That was a very interesting....I also found a site much like that one that advocates low carb/high fat and protein to help epilepsy...it appears that the govt in these countries are not telling the truth about processed food...I can think at least one good reasons being ill people need drugs so there is much money to be had from pharmaceutical companies...just hypothesizing...what else would be the reason for that stupid food pyramid in a land of growing childhood obesity?
