Is this normal? (sorry for icky stuff)

All day yesterday I was TOTALLY incapacitated.

Vomiting and diarrhea all day, and totally wiped today. Still not feeling up to eating and when I did the spit test today, it was crazy long legs. Is this part of the cleansing?

I am not an expert. I can tell you that when I started my cleanse, I was lifeless with,brainfog(I couldn't think straight). But this didn't last severly but a few days. Then I gradually started feeling better. I could see light at the end of the tunnel. I was getting better.

Keep drinking your water to help flush out the toxins and sometimes you can get constipation, but it looks like you have the other problem.

If you are feeling really bad, you should go and check with your Dr. to make sure it isn't something else.
