i did the spit test this morning and i have it too, it sank nearly straight away....i plan on buying garlic tabs and acidophilus today. couple of things.....i have one cup decaf coffee with 1 tbsp of cream in...is this a no no? plus can i have mayo bought from the store?

the cream is a no no. Coffee and tea can have mold growing in it. Which will reinfect you.
I suggest you eat only what is listed on the KISS list for at least a month to 6 weeks. Then you can try store bought mayo and test it to see if you react to it.
You can make homeade mayo.
