I ran out of the Candex that I was using to treat yeast 3 weeks ago. It costs $65.oo for 120 capsules and I was taking the reccommended 4 per day. I finished it and thought that I would just go back to eating my regular Atkins plan. Well.... I'm here to tell you I will pay that price if it gets the yeast under control. In those three weeks I have only lost 1 pound. I just started the Candex again last night and I'm off the Atkins rungs and eating KISS instead. Hopefully, it will help get the yeast under control and get me losing again. It is amazing how yeast can affect our bodies.

Sure did. I am losing slower now, but that is to be expected at some point in the journey. I made into onederland once I started using the Candex again. I am having trouble doing KISS though. I try, but it seems like I end up eating cheese, sour cream, or some other no no every day. I keep trying though.Michele SW250/CW 226/GW150 F, 38, 5'6"

It is wonderful news that you are losing again.
All you can do is just keep working your KISS as best as you can. As long as you are making progress, keep doing what you are doing. When you stop again then try some changes again.
Eating KISS or the more strict Gold Standard is not easy. I have a friend on another LC web site and she stated in one sentence that discribes eating strict to control yeast overgrowth. It is:
First you say NOPE, then you MOPE, then you GROPE and eventually you COPE! Anyone trying to eat strict KISS will understand this sentence completely.
