I'm coming back..

I was on this board for over a year- reached my goal.. and then the bottom fell out! In October my husband was commuting to work on his bicycle and was hit from behind by a semi truck and killed instantly. My life changed in the blink of an eye. I have since gone off Atkins- gained 20 lbs and my diabetes is out of control. For some reason I logged on here tonight and know that I need to get back on Induction and take control of this area of my life again. With your support I am committed to doing it.I have not been to a doctor since the accident, I rarely test because I am in denial- I just have to do it. Starting tomorrow I will clean out my cupboards and get with it. I am so glad to see lots of familiar people still being faithful to their program- You will be seeing more of me!

Donna, I am so very, very sorry about your husband!!! What a horrible thing to have to go through!! Of all the life-altering experiences we have, that has to be one of the worst!!
