    Keep treating the yeast

    I have been seeing what happens when I stop taking the Candex that I was taking. I haven't taken any since the end of November. Well... I haven't lost weight since. I don't have many side effects from yeast other than I stop losing.

    I am off to the health food store to get more Candex and back to a yeast free diet.

    I will let you know if I start losing again.

    Becky, Since I don't have symptoms other than trouble losing weight, could I eat regular Atkins once I get to goal?

    I only treated for one day and already I'm down 1 pound. Darn yeast!!

    I didn't buy the Candex this time. I was at GNC and they had something different. I think it is stronger than Candex, because I had some intestinal discomfort last night. I will keep you all updated on how it's working.

      Down another 1/2 pound. I'm getting rid of that yeast.

        What's the name of the supplement that you bought at GNC? I might try it next.

          You will have to get this answered when you get to goal. You can try the regular Atkins WOE, if it works for you, that will be wonderful. If not, well you know the routine.
          We are our own science project. We find out what works for us, by trial and error.
          Glad you figured out your problem and are losing weight again. WTG!

            I am using Candida Quick Cleanse made by ZAND. You can smell and taste the oregano as soon as you get it in your mouth. It was in the Women's Health section.

            I lost another 1/2 pound today. It feels so good to be losing again.

              Thanks!! I've used Zand products before & like the quality of their products. I'll have to add that product to my list! Thank you!!!
