first take a deep breath. Cadiuda can come from many sources. it lives on fruits and veggies and even on your skin so you can transmit if during a sexual activity but it does not mean you gave it or got it internally from a sex act.by the book atkinseer

We naturally have Candidas in our gut. It's part of our natural flora along with bacteria. It's when it's out of control that we have issues.
Most people think of Candidas as a feminine yeast infection, but that's not always so.
