Hi all!

I ended up reading the chapter last night on Yeast in the DANDR book, and I think I do have a problem with this yeast. I never really thought I did!

Gonna try to stick to KISS diet, and see if this helps me!

No more cheese for me for a long time.

Good luck, Diva!! Did you do the spit test? If after a couple of weeks you don't get relief, you may have to go on the Gold Standard diet. *HUGS*
