Re: Beef Patty?
Depends....you really have to read the list of ingredients carefully. If you are buying ground beef & make the patties yourself, then it's not processed in the sense that there are added ingredients and other nasty additives. If they are preformed patties that you buy frozen or something, it would depend on the manufacturer. I would recommend just forming your own patties.

Re: Beef Patty?
Yeah, like BioGeek said, it depends. I usually buy frozen beef patties that are all beef just because they're in a nice little size for me and I'm never sure about what refinement of beef to buy and blah blah blah. If you're talking about fast food, it varies. McDonald's is 100% beef, but Burger King has about 3 carbs per Whopper patty (although the BK website here http://www.bk.com/Food/Nutrition/diets/carbs.aspx says that 1 patty is 3 carbs and so is a double whopper, so who knows).Female, 21, 5'6"

Re: Beef Patty?
I thought the 3g carbs listed there are the other condiments on the burger, ketchup, veggies, etc. Thus the Double whopper being listed as the same g carbs count as the whopper.Originally posted by killerbombshellYeah, like BioGeek said, it depends. Re: Beef Patty?
Little Nemo you need to read the ingredeints for all foods you are evn thinking about having.
you uused the wrong part of their website. the low carb version of thewhaooper they serve ( without bun is 3 carbs. the actual nutritional value of just the beef is at this part http://www.bk.com/Food/Nutrition/Nut...ard/index.aspx where we can see the patty is carb free. you can find the ingredients for all the foods on their websites. some places like Hardees and McDonalds season the suface of the beef with a spice mix.Originally posted by killerbombshellYeah, like BioGeek said, it depends.
