  • Question about apple cider vinegar on induction.

Can I have it? I got it as part of my "Kill the Yeasties Program" LOL...but I'm on induction. Will it affect it?

I took 2 drops of oil of oregano, sublingually (yuck)
    1 garlic pill
    2 probiotics
and I want to take the 3 teaspoon of raw unfiltered ACV, but I'm waiting until I know it's okay.

Also, if vinegar is on the no-no list, why can we have ACV? Just curious. I hate to be a pain, but after all the hard work I've put into my newly shrinking body, I want to understand 100% what is going on.

I stopped vinegar, canned foods, anything processed, mushrooms, and cheese, and yes, my diet rite. I'm on induction, so their wasn't really anything that I was eating other than those that were on the no-no list. Is this about right? I've read and reread the stickies but it's still a little confusing.

Thanks so much for all the wonderful advice, and all the support.

Atkins allows apple cider vinager and other vinegars just not basalmic.

the ACV for yeasties has the "mother" in it and that is uspposed to be good for your intstines and fight the yeasties

          you are welcome

try putting your OOO in it anduse it on your salad as the dressing with some garlic. butbe sure to wash your veggies very good cause those mold and yeast spores can get on them from the ground and handleing.
