Oh my god you guys! This is amazing!

After only 2 treatments (one last night and one this morning) I finally broke 192 after WEEKS of a stall and am at 191 this afternoon. I know it may sound like no big deal, but I was so sick of seeing 192 and I never thought I would get below it.

And thank god I did not have any meetings today - the strangest noises were coming from my bowels. No, I was not "flatulant" either. It was weird. The only thing I could think is that it was the sound of my yeasties dying as they were flooded with garlic, oil of oregano, apple cider vinegar, and acidophilus.

Thank GOD - I finally broke 192!!! YAY for me!

woo hboo for you. Glad you can hear them dying off. Keep eating your allowed yeastie foods and you should be feeling even better soon.

woo hoo for you breaking your stall and the 190 barier too. I wish Becky Sue's posts were still up I can tell you she was one happy happy lady when her yeasties died and pounds jump off her body at a very rapid rate as she continued to work your Atkins.

This link was a GREAT read - thanks! I love the part where someone thanked you for not throwing in the towel and bad-mouthing Atkins. I am the same way - I know the Atkins WOE and WOL is right. I believe that very strongly. So I just knew something else had to be wrong - I am so relieved I figured out it was yeast.

I am out of town and can't weigh myself today - but I am sticking to KISS and brought my supplements along - thanks everyone who posted!
