    Oh my I got it bad and never realised it!

    I spat in a glass ofwater this morning after I woke up and it went soo cloudy and stringy....

    I'm missing my cheese already!

    I also just brought yesterday before I found out some lovely fresh mushrooms that are now sitting in the dustbin!

    Today is a dark day.....the cheese,decaf and the mayo has exited from my life...

    Oh misery misery...woe to the world, once again the devil vomits on my duvet...

    At this point death would be a fond release...hey! waddaya mean "drama queen"???

    poor guy. just know you can get over it and then reintroduce your foods again.

    Oh and only commercial mayo isout you can make your own with the unfiltered Apple cider vinegar recipe is in our recipe data base.

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:

      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4

        I got some Lactobaccillus Acidophilus pills today...2 billion in each pill four to be taken each day. The yeasties beasties are going to DIE DIE DIE!

                John, I know how you feel, unfortunately.

                You are right....WE GOTTA KILL THESE SUCKERS!! (well, most of them )

                I don't mind giving up these things, okay, I'm lying, it just takes FOREVER!!!!! LOL Hang in there, and remember you are not alone. Me and adreliluc ar right there with you.
