I was wondering if anyone has any experience of using Pau D Arco to kill candida?

I'm going to go to holland and barret to get some tomorrow and wondered if anyone had any advise for me before I go.

You may want to try probiotics with bidfidus. The tincture may be stronger than capsules. Always take less then the bottle recommends to see how it works. Pylluim husk may work with candidas. This can be found in a bottle.

Be careful not to mix some herbs with medicine.
