i came across this on the internet- they offer their eating program free of charge- they send it to you from utah. i am wondering if anyone has a copy of this and what it involves.

so, for all of those who have requested an eating plan- i would be gratefull if you would post any info that is on it. i am in poland and although they do offer the plan for 10 u.s. dollars, it is such a pain in the butt to organize this, exchanging money, and all that jazz- especially if it is something that is already known. thanks in advance.[url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wjuHGvk/]
