    Yeasties Long Dead

OK this is what I did:

Pau d arco 2 weeks course, 500 mg tablets three times a day, 500mg tea 3 times per day.

Mould and yeast and sugar etc for 6 weeks at the same time.

Acidophilus human strain 6 billion per day for two weeks after pau d arco finished.

followed by 2 weeks aloe vera juice 2 tablespoons three times per day.

    worked for me

How long did you keep up the dietary restrictions? How do you know they're dead at this point? Did you cut out ALL dairy? I'm trying to set up a plan for myself and need to know what to expect.
