What does the negative spit test look like?

What is the saliva supposed to do? What if it remains cloudy, but doesn't form slime tentacles down to the bottom? What if the strings break apart as they fall to the bottom? Is this too much info about my spit? When can I know when I've killed them all off???? I have headaches this week, so that's a 'good' sign.

Those pictures I found online really helped. I did the spit test this morning and I had that spit - the legs, the specks and the glob on the bottom. I've got a candida overgrowth for sure. Between the spit and the 320 score on the online test, and the yeast attacking me externally as well.. yeah, I'm convinced. Now to sit down and work up a shopping list and go through my fridge and pantry. DH gets paid Friday so I can get supplements and lots of low-carb foods. I also need to work on giving up some stuff like coffee.. That should be fun.
