    Hi...I am currently doing the KISS diet. Once a week my doctor has been giving me a shot of vitamin B12 -- for energy since I am recovering from MONO....does b12 feed the yeast???

      only thing that will feed the yesties in your gut is stuff you put in your mouth. Vits don't go backwards from the blood stream into the intestines.
