Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis and its yeast connection

We can do it informally, you know if we notice something or nothing. I'd say it would probably take a week at least to show any real change anyway. Plus, the shampoo is definitely going to dry my skin so i may have to determine if it's dandruff or just dry skin, lol.

Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis and its yeast connection

After only THREE DAYS of applying Tea Tree Oil to the flaky spots on my face they have totally disappeared!! Wow!

I'm looking in my compact mirror now and can't believe how quickly that worked!

I haven't tried it on my scalp yet, but that will be my next experiment!

      Woo Hoo!!

It's working for me also, but a little slower. I notice a little less each day.

Did you put some in your shampoo or buy the T-Gel?

Is that what you're doing on your face also?

I'm actually using both. I lather up a little bit of the t-gel and get it on my eyebrows and nose and rinse it off a few minutes later. Then later on I put the tea tree oil on my nose and surrounding area.

              Any updates?

Mine comes and goes on my face and I spot it on my scalp...not sure how that is working. I may try and put some in my shampoo and see if that does better.

Same with me basically. The spot on my face comes and goes and the eyebrows have improved slightly.

Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis and its yeast connection

Just updating...mine has almost cleared up completely. I haven't even put any more tea tree oil on it.

I'm wondering if it is because I added a Super B Complex and am taking more potassium lately? (I found out that I'm only getting between 41 - 55 percent of the RDA.)

                  Any updates with you?

Re: Seborrheic Dermatitis and its yeast connection

                    Another update for me.

Since I had my week off work and didn't use foundation my skin cleared up beautifully -- even around my hairline.

Now I'm wondering if it is an allergy to my make-up sponge or the foundation I wear.

I've started washing it off my face as soon as I get home just in case.

                    How are you?
