has anyone used lactobacillus plantarum?

so i went into the apteka (pharmacist) here in warsaw and in my broken polish tried to explain that i have candida. the pharmacist gave me lactobacillus plantarum. i have done the research on the web, there doesn't seem to be a lot but there is a bit on the "curing" of candida. i started this today and i could hear my stomach making these crazy noises, i am wondering if anyone else has tried this and how they managed with it.

that is whjat you want it is the technical name ofr the healthy good for you bacteria that live in your intestines. when you have a low amount of them the candida can rapidly reproduce and replace them giving you the symptoms of a yeast infection in your gut. the bacteria accupy space digest your foods and change the pH of your gut trasct keeping the yeasties reproduction rate down and mangable.
when you take antibiotics they kill off the Lactobacilli and you get an explosion of the ycandida
