  • Positive test...

Ok. I've been complaining lately of feeling majorly bloated along with my tiredness and general blah feeling even though I'm losing weight. Now that I've hit a stall and have major bloating along with a couple other issues (acne breakouts MAJOR, dry scalp, itchy skin, coated tongue, yeast infections, etc.) I decided to do some research and ended up here. My spit test is positive. SO, I'm off to the drug store this afternoon to stock up on ACV pill, oil of oregano, and acidophilus. I have no problem not doing the caffeine or most dairy products, BUT, I do use mozzarella cheese for my snack during the day normally. Now, I'm seeing mozzarella might be ok because it's made differently than most cheeses. Is it ok or not? Should I just ditch it for now ( ) and see what happens?

How soon, if I follow the KISS to the T, should I expect to see results? Is it like 2-3 days or more towards the 2 week mark? I realize everyone is different, I just am looking for an average.

Actually pleased I found an answer for what is going on with me. Hopefully, this KISS will be the trick!!

you have to make some major changes to your digestive system kill off the overpopulation of yeast and re-establish the healthy stuff. depending on how badly you are infected it could be a few weeks to a few months.

log your foods carefully and see. becky Sue had to go all the way to the gold standard diet even with antifungal meds from her doc before she got better but boy when she did the pounds just melted off in every post it seemed like.

talk with Becky Sue about any issues you are having she actually had to go to the gold standard to rid her yeast issues but boy did she melt right before our eyese when she was cleaned of it. I've never seen a slower then molasses in january loser become a greyhound loser so fast!
