Here's your list....
Whole foods! :yes
All dairy, mold carrying (mainly nuts), all sugars & sweeteners (except for stevia) and all fermented foods should be eliminated. Also on this list, all processed or man-altered foods.
Here's my motto : "When in doubt, throw it out"
My daily menu consisted of meat and veggies only. Seasonings were salt, fresh garlic, fresh ground pepper and sometimes fresh ground cayenne & chili peppers. I used EVCO & EVOO to fry and bake my foods in.
Just go simple and avoid most foods that have more than one ingredient on the list. The simpler you are in choosing your foods, the more effective your CAD will be.F/35/5' 7"

Yes, you're mainly looking at only meat and veggies. I did it this way and I am now candida-free!
You should do CAD for at LEAST 6wks. If you do the test again after your 6wks and still see it is positive, go another couple of weeks and test and continue for as long as needed. Being cured of it varies from person to person and on how strict you are during that time.
I only used acidophilus during my cleansing. Others are to combine the acidophilus with garlic, oil of oregano and unprocessed apple cider vinegar. I ate my garlic fresh and added it to meats and salads. I know I was unpleasant to be around! lolF/35/5' 7"
