Anybody want to join?
Here are the rules I'm going by, and am willing to kick your butt about as well. If you want to sign up, say so below.
1. No sugar. At all. I will post the diet I'll be following (basically the KISS diet).
2. No cheating AT ALL for six weeks.
3. No weighing more than once per week.
4. You MUST measure yourself (specs to be defined) once per week.
5. 100 oz. of water per day
6. At least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise 3x/week
7. Supplements: a good multi and a cleanse and a renew (atkins is the formula I'll use for the cleanse/renew)
8. Bragg's ACV (1 tbs) 3 x /day
9. At least 30 minutes of strength training 2x/week
10. Check in with progress at least 2x/week
11. Comply for six weeks then re-spit-test.
