Did I kill my acidophilus?

I NEVER noticed that it said to refrigerate after opening!!! Are they rendered useless?? It's been a few weeks now. Do I pitch them and buy new? Or just refrigerate now and continue taking? Does anyone know?

Hey PrettyCrickett, just noticed you have a trip to Disney planned! My family and I are going in two weeks. Yeah, I can't wait. I'll let you know how I fare with this WOE when we are trekking thorugh disney and now that I have to deal with the yeasties, I'm VERY worried!! I don't know what I'll eat

Ohhhh.....good luck! We have one advantage in that we always vacation in a condo (timeshare) wherever we go and have a full kitchen to cook. It would be soooooo hard without that! Keep some hard boiled eggs in a thermos? Have fun!
