Thanks for looking! My first post! I have started my anti-candida diet.
I was curious if the ingredients in this are ok.... It is made my low Carb Success
1.Wheat Bran
2. Flax Seed Meal
3. Soy Protein Isolate ( Non GMO )
4. Nutmeg and Cinnamon
5. Natural Flavorings & Salt
Thats all it says?? Only One Net Carb after subtracting fiber?
It is kept in the fridge after opening as well.
