Question about yeast infections

Okay,
I've never had one, but I'm really itchy and I think that's a sign of one
Is it??? Are they common to get when doing Atkins??? And what can make it better Thanks you guys!!!

The candida cleanse is pretty strict in what you can and can't have. Good luck Nicole! Maybe you'll have a huge wooshie when done!

Hey Nicole,

I've only had 1 or 2 in my lifetime, but they were prior to Atkins. I've been on Atkins since March of 2005, and haven't had one since....I'm sure it's different for everyone though. I've always used Monistat (sp?), and it cleared the problem right up. However, if all you have is itching...you may try Vagisil cream...if that doesn't help, I'd check with the doctor and see what's up?
