I am on my 4th round of Atkins..........not because I gained any weight back, but in the new year I'm ready to lose more. The first time I did strict induction for 13 weeks and lost 40#, did great! The next time I did it for 3 weeks, then after that I did it for 2 weeks. Both of the past 2 times mentioned I had a CONSTANT yeast infection that I could not shake. I re-started again last week and BAM, another yeast infection. I NEVER had issues with this the first try at induction and now I can't get rid of it. HELP!!!!!! What can I do?? I have used Diflucan twice........it works but then the infection comes back a week later!

Livvi, Glad you found us and hope this forum helps. Yeast infections are no fun, so before you start Atkins again, make sure you understand what on the acceptable list, just might not be acceptable for you, mushrooms, cheese?
Becky and Missy are very helpful and will get you thru this.
