So those of you who have had a successful cleanse and are done with it, what are you doing now? Have you re-introduced the old foods back (all? some?) and if so, has your weight stayed off?

the reintro is going to depend on your body. SOme folk never ever get a yeast infection and some get them monthly for seemingly no reason. If you can handle the foods they test them one at a time just like OWL of DANDR to see how the food group effects you and if you get reinfected you will need to go back and redo your cleanse cause unlike Atkins you can't just drop the food and be back where you were.
I wish you much success in finding the answer for your body.by the book atkinseer

I did the cleanse for the 6wks and am still losing.
I have also added back most foods and have not had a problem with them. However, cheese has always slowed my weight-loss, so I limit that to once or twice a week.
2big gave great advice about adding foods back in slowly. I started with dairy and then moved to fermented (soy sauce, vinegar, etc.). I haven't had any mushrooms at all since going off the cleanse, so I don't know what type of reaction that would have on me.F/35/5' 7"
