Hi...any recipe for mayo for candida cleansing?

I'm no expert on candida, but I know you should avoid fermented things like vinegar, so I'd just make a trad mayo using lemon juice instead of vinegar (I'm assuming that lemon juice is ok for candida issues... correct me if I'm wrong, anyone).
I'd just beat egg yolks with some lemon juice and salt at first, and then add oil verry slowly (like in drops at first, then gradually more), beating all the time until it thickens.Before and after:
