  • Starting This Today

I did the spit test yesterday morning and immediately saw the long, stringy legs. YUCK ':yikes' The only 'symptom' I have is stalled weight-loss and when I do see a little loss, like the 2# that slipped off over the last week but then it slipped right back on this mornnig. No cheats, no overeating, sticking to less then 20carbs, and exercising.

Cheese is part of my WOE so this will be rough but I'm determined to drop the last 20# and get to goal. I've reread DANDR about Candida so I know what I can't eat, but I'm still confused as to what supplements or cleansers I should be taking while doing this. HELP

I made it through today without eating cheese, or olives, or pickles, or lunch meat, ':icondance' stuck to eggs, homemade turkey vegetable soup, and then had a chicken leg with my cranberry sauce for dinner.

Stick w/it!!! And be prepared for some big cravings..... I had a tough time eliminating dairy, but it's really paid off! I lost 8# in 1 wk. adfter being stalled and/or gaining for close to a year!! And I became very 'un-bloated' as well - the tape measure showed a huge improvement :yes

I made it through another day :icondance No cravings yet, but I also haven't offered my dc a grilled cheese sandwich and I haven't served them any cheese either.

Is it OK to have psyllium husks? Mine are sugar-free, 100% psyllium husks. Haven't had any in several days and just wondering it they're OK or if I should avoid them.

Psyllium husks actually help with the die off.

Good luck to you, you'll get over the cravings.
