    Keep a written diary--write down EVERYTHING. What you eat, how much you eat, resulting symptoms, when symptoms occur, duration of symptoms. It might be something that you eat regularly but don't suspect to be a problem. If you can't tolerate nuts, DON'T eat them. There's nothing that says you have to eat all the foods that are included on SCD.

      I've had great luck with threelac.I get it from Amazon. I've also used Agrisept with good results. Make sure you cut back on black pepper if you use alot like I do.
