Re: Can anyone tell me why....
Only in DANDR does it say you can have cream cheese. In all other books, I have read no dairy, including cream cheese. Most recently when I did the strict version by combining Atkins & The Yeast Connection, did I finally get rid of the overgrowth. I took the strictest rules from both and combined them. Some say you can have apple cider vinegar, but I don't believe it.
I thought I had dodged a bullet by being ahead when I started this last round of antibiotics by taking double probiotics, drinking strong chamomile tea, eating coconut oil and brushing my teeth three times a day with baking soda, and I was fine until I started craving blue cheese dressing and then I made grilled blue cheese burgers, and bang--it's back! I'm going to do it again for 14 days, starting tomorrow.

People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Re: Can anyone tell me why....
Hey guys,
Cream cheese is a fresh(ish) cheese and aged cheese is sort of a fungus already. The worst cheeses are the blue moldy ones and the safest are the truly fresh like mozzerella in water.
