Since I eliminated cheese and all dairy my fat intake has dropped dramatically. No Mayo, no butter, no sour cream, no whipping cream, --- OK, i know I could be eating olive oil but there's only so much of that I can put on a salad and without the vinegar---well, it just doesn't work too well. Lately I've been eating my homemade turkey vegetable soup---UMMMM but no fat in there. What fats could I be eating? and, how to consume those fats?
I'm on Day 4, haven't seen a change in the weight, and boy do I miss my cheese. DANDR says that mozzarella and cream cheese are OK to eat while trying to get the yeasty things under control -- what do you think about eating it? Have you? Mozzarella and cream cheese are the two cheeses that I probable have eaten the most of during this last year too.
